TECEZE is seeking a Network Support Engineer – Band 2 to support enterprise network and data center environments in Cincinnati. The role emphasizes network troubleshooting, monitoring, VLAN management, and VoIP troubleshooting, with coordination across internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Network/Data Center Support.
Experience with Cisco switches/routers and wireless access points.
Familiarity with ITSM processes (ServiceNow) and AD/Exchange.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and monitor enterprise network and data center environments.
Provide hardware support, VLAN management, and VoIP troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors; participate in on-call rotations.
