Job summary

University Health is seeking a Configuration Analyst to manage configuration changes and implement new settings. The candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for an AMISYS subsystem and collaborate with multiple departments to assess impacts and ensure accurate configuration.

The role also involves training staff, resolving issues, and testing changes to software used in business operations and reporting. The ideal candidate has AMISYS experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; two years of relatable experience may be accepted in lieu.
• Three years of experience on AMISYS with expertise in two or more subsystems or equivalent health insurance experience.
• Three years of claims processing experience in health insurance.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Knowledge of procedure and diagnosis codes and basic benefits design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and modify configurations; serve as SME for assigned subsystem.
• Collaborate with other CFHP areas to assess change impact on Membership, Finance, Claims, HSM, and Network Management.
• Provide staff training and resolve issues; test changes to existing software used in business operations and reporting.
• Manage medium-priority projects with Configuration Manager or Senior Configuration Analyst.
