Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and assist agents on the MyAIT portal for partners.
• Identify root causes of agent escalation issues and implement solutions.
• Review On Time Reports for AIT stations, ICs, and agents daily.
• Review Cartage/Final Mile snapshots for analysis.
• Analyze coverage and rates for primary agents.
