AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Domestic Operations Support Agent I in Torrance, CA to review daily reports, monitor trends, and address past-due issues. You will help agents with training and portal usage and resolve escalations between AIT and agents.

The Domestic Operations Support Agent I is responsible for reviewing daily reports for AIT stations and Agents, monitoring trends, and addressing past‑due issues. The role identifies solutions for on‑time performance and Cartage Manual compliance, assists agents with training and portal usage, and resolves escalations between AIT and agents.
In addition to base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics.
