AIT Worldwide Logistics, INC. is hiring an International Air Gateway Agent in Itasca, IL. This role interfaces with US and overseas stations and global agents, managing gateway functionality and ensuring timely, compliant shipments.

Key duties include pre-bookings, console rate management, B2B bookings, pricing coordination, tracking milestones and regulatory compliance. The position offers growth within a collaborative team and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage Console pre-bookings, schedule and post on CargoWise.
• Obtain and maintain the scheduled console rates.
• Book all B2B requests from stations, vertical teams and account managers.
• Obtain pricing requests from carriers and account managers across stations.
• Report cargo received at the dock to respective parties for console or B2B shipments.
• Process all MAWBs, consoles and B2B with required approvals from destination agent.
• Oversee pre-screening once CCSF is running and coordinate with facilities.
• Transfer consoles and B2B MAWBs to the airline and update milestones in CW.
• Ensure inbound shipments are cleared and closed out before export.
• Support other duties as needed by business demands.
