Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Computer skills and email experience required; customer service background.
• Self-motivated with ability to supervise and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all daily activities for Grand Junction locations.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professional resolutions.
• Interviewing, training, and oversight of branch personnel.
• Daily review of operational KPIs.
• Supervision of Leads in Vault, C.I.T., and fleet operations.
• Open/close the branch as required.
• Manage billing for Grand Junction locations.
• Provide leadership focused on professionalism and improvement.
• Control overtime through scheduling and reviews.
• Emergency response to incidents and injuries.
