Job summary

Loomis in California is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee armored routes, vault and facility security, and daily operations. You will implement Loomis policies, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to maintain a safe, professional, and cost-effective operation.

The role requires 3+ years in transportation/logistics, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and preferred banking or cash-handling background; firearms permit may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in transportation and warehousing, transportation logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience in banking or retail cash and ATM operations preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid firearms permit.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain scheduling/routing on a daily basis.
• Oversee armored and ATM routes, dispatch, vault, and terminal operations.
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of route, terminal, and vault operations.
• Ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate with sales, branches, and vendors to implement operational solutions.
• Recruit, interview, train, and supervise operations personnel.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve logistical issues.
