Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
• Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy are essential.
• Must possess solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems is required.
• Familiarity with computerized timekeeping systems and cash processing equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to work extended hours, some Saturdays, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate route and dispatch functions.
• Control operating costs and ensure safety of staff and facilities.
• Maintain security of cargo and terminals through policies and training.
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among operations staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; coordinate with sales and branches.
• Monitor overtime, vacation schedules, and branch performance to meet goals.
• Communicate updates to customers, sales, and administration as needed.
