Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in a vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
• Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy are essential.
• Must possess solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate route, dispatch, and operations oversight.
• Manage and control operations costs.
• Ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training and policy enforcement.
• Secure cargo and terminal through training and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with sales and branches.
• Monitor overtime, vacations, and branch performance.
