Job summary

Loomis is seeking a Vault Lead to manage a team and maintain inventory in our cash vaults for Loomis customers. The role emphasizes accuracy in counting, recording, and verifying deposits, as well as safe handling of heavy currency loads.

You will load/unload bags, bins, and coins, coordinate with co-workers, and maintain secure inventory in a high-security environment. Strong English skills and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move bags/boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts (6–10 hours).
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English for receipts and records.
• Capability to sign and record numbers and balance columns.

Responsibilities

• Check bags of deposits and change shipments against receipts/manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers; sign and date records.
• Load/unload bags/boxes of coin and currency; move items with carts or wagons.
• Sort cargo items by route and communicate with team and customers.
