Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day package sortation, supervise Handlers, and uphold the Safety Above All Culture. You will manage staff, coach, train, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies and regulatory requirements.

You will analyze performance, lead daily briefings, coordinate with linehaul and other departments, and support safety programs while adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months supervisory or package-handler experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with safety programs and FedEx policies is a plus.

Responsibilities
