• Champions FedEx Safety Above All culture and supports related initiatives.
• Manages hiring, coaching, training, recognition, performance evaluations and discipline.
• Plans, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assigns and manages staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages and trailer movements.
• Monitors operational performance and drives improvements in key metrics.
