Formación

• High School diploma or GED with three years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with one year of supervisor experience.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast supply and demand using past performance and market conditions.
• Coordinate activities to ensure efficiency and profitability across operations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain quality and service standards.
• Set annual budgets and manage costs, implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management.
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce discipline as needed.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality control standards; prepare end-of-day financial reports.
