Responsibilities

• Forecast supply and demand using past performance, market conditions and strategic planning
• Coordinate activities including management, customer relations and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Set annual budgets and manage costs, develop cost-saving strategies to increase profit
• Devise systems and implement changes to uphold quality standards
• Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules and track attendance
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality control
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required
