Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Shift 2B to oversee inbound/outbound activities, space utilization, and staffing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, and develop teams while meeting KPI targets and maintain strong client communications.

The role requires leadership, scheduling expertise, and compliance with SOPs, with an emphasis on safe, efficient operations and cost control. Flexible schedule supports weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities.
• Plan daily work schedule and allocate duties to staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI targets are met.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Communicate with senior management and client representatives.
