Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3 years' experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation

Responsibilities

• Supervises inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily, including labor scheduling, space utilization and manpower.
• Plans the daily work schedule by reviewing work orders and instructions from customers; assigns duties to warehouse staff.
• Maintains training and evaluation responsibilities of warehouse staff and participates in performance reviews for promotions and wage increases.
• Ensures KPI targets and adheres to quality systems; complies with SOPs and client agreements.
• Drives cost-saving initiatives and improvements for more efficient operations.
• Provides guidance to senior management and client representatives on critical issues affecting operations.
