After training you are placed as an Operations Supervisor at one of 240 facilities across the continental United States. Top performers may advance to higher management roles, built on safety, maintenance, and transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight on shifts.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and coordinate work; monitor performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment for personnel and customers.
• Foster safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work in a team to meet department goals.
• Support the values-driven culture focused on creativity, integrity, collaboration, growth, excellence, and wellness.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
