FedEx Freight is seeking a supervisor to lead a team ensuring shipments move on time and without damage. You will oversee scheduling, safety adherence, and customer-facing tasks while coordinating with service centers and business partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LTL industry, DOT rules, OSHA laws or related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, educate and develop employees to support retention and growth.
• Supervise daily work with focus on quality, safety and customer delivery.
• Monitor and address unsafe acts/conditions; implement corrective actions.
• Plan manpower and set schedules to ensure on-time freight movement.
• Communicate assignments clearly and coordinate with all staff.
• Monitor service freight and ensure compliance with cut times.
