Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation operations; 5+ years preferred.
• 2+ years leading or supervising teams; 3+ years preferred.
• 2+ years of freight brokerage experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
• Lead the operations team, manage workload, and coach staff.
• Monitor KPIs, assist with onboarding and account processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Support pricing activities and carrier-related workflows.
