Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean principles, systems, and tools where applicable.
• Reliable transportation to commute and attend client meetings; travel within region may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager to meet and exceed client service goals.
• Drive, maintain, and evangelize company culture, purpose and core beliefs through training and onboarding of Extra Milers.
• Oversee operations and ensure objectives are met; act as Location’s point of contact in GM’s absence.
• Ensure Lean warehouse principles are implemented and compliance standards are maintained.
• Maintain professional appearance and lead by example for employees.
• Plan and schedule third‑party transportation services where applicable.
• Manage dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation.
