Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, slotting, and communication activities.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment, and manpower.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Meet client KPIs and adhere to SOPs.
• Develop safe, cost-efficient operations and report to management.
