Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of LTL, DOT rules, OSHA, NMFC and tariff rules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees focusing on retention and growth.
• Plan daily manpower needs and set schedules for timely, damage-free freight delivery/pickup.
• Monitor safety, provide corrective actions and follow-up.
• Coordinate with customers and partners for rate quotes, appointments and service standards.
• Monitor performance data and report on outcomes.
