Job summary

• Supervise and direct employee work with emphasis on quality, safety, and customer service.
• Plan daily manpower and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate assignments clearly and coordinate with staff.
• Monitor service freight and ensure cut time compliance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining safety standards.
• Assist customers with rate quotes, claims information and appointment setting.
