Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations and readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

You will oversee shipment, replenishment, stock organization, and back-of-house standards to maintain inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include supporting cleanliness, safety, and compliance; identifying and escalating operational issues; and adjusting scope based on store size.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
