Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor who leads with values and supports store readiness and operational execution. The role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

You will manage shipments, replenishment, stock organization, and uphold back-of-house standards while promoting safety, cleanliness and compliance. The position may expand with business needs and store size, including broader leadership responsibilities.
