Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Texas is seeking an Operations Supervisor who leads store operations, ensures inventory accuracy, and drives store readiness. You will report to the Store Manager and supervise back-of-house processes.

You will supervise shipment and replenishment, uphold cleanliness and safety, coach associates, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute daily tasks and policy compliance. This role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
