Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead store operations, ensure readiness, and support the Store Manager.

This values-based leader will manage shipment, replenishment, stock organization, back-of-house standards, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Description

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

Store Leadership Expectations

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
