Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Danbury is seeking a hands-on, dynamic Operations Supervisor with a strong hotel operations background to join our team. This role focuses on Front Desk and Restaurant operations and offers the opportunity to advance from a Front Office Manager or hotel supervisor role.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, lead and develop associates, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Hilton brand standards while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations or supervising teams (priority)
• Front Desk/Guest services experience preferred
• Food & Beverage/restaurant experience preferred
• Hilton experience and PEP knowledge preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced 24-hour hotel environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk and Restaurant operations to ensure guest service and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates while maintaining accountability for performance and standards.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and develop solutions for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and labor laws.
• Conduct property walks for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Support housekeeping, engineering, sales, and other departments as needed.
• Monitor labor, payroll, inventory and controllable expenses.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
