Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with guidelines for operations.
• Participate in monthly Front Desk meetings to review procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and staff issues.
• Assign duties and supervise performance to meet standards.
• Answer inquiries about hotel policies and services.
• Perform Guest Service Agent duties as needed.
• Provide training, including safety training, to front desk staff.
• Assist in scheduling front desk staff within budget.
• Maintain records (cash flow, direct bill accounts, registrations).
• Communicate with groups and travel agents for rooms and rates.
• Assist with sales and marketing efforts.
