Qualifications

• 2+ years in progressive hotel F&B and Rooms roles, preferably with Hyatt.
• Strong leadership and professional presentation skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasts and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders of F&B and Rooms operations in front and back of house.
• Implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs.
• Direct and oversee development of employees.
• Hire, train, coach and counsel staff to align with Hyatt standards.
• Oversee payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for F&B operations.
• Coordinate F&B and Rooms with other hotel departments to ensure service.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Exercise quality control for F&B and guest rooms.
• Maintain Hyatt standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Perform daily walk-throughs and communicate with Corporate Staff.
