Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive branch metrics; coach staff and suggest corrective actions.
• Support sales and customer service; process quotations, reservations, contracts.
• Improve operational efficiency; monitor costs and profitability.
• Handle day-to-day activities: opening/closing, cash deposits.
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Foster safety, discipline and accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
