Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Lehi, UT seeks a Supervisor, Operations - Days to oversee inbound/outbound flows, labor planning, and slotting with strong people leadership. You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations, and maintain client satisfaction by meeting service and cost targets.

You will lead daily activities, communicate with senior management and clients, and implement SOPs while driving productivity and quality across the site.

Qualifications

• Must have a Highschool diploma or GED.
• 3 years' experience working in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and plan inbound, outbound and slotting activities daily.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
• Hire, train and conduct performance appraisals for warehouse staff.
• Communicate with management and clients on critical operational issues.
• Ensure safety, cost objectives and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
