Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, uphold inventory accuracy, and ensure store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager and partners with associates to drive execution.

The ideal candidate demonstrates values-based leadership, supervises shipments, replenishment, and back-of-house standards, and escalates issues as needed across shifts and locations.
