Victoria's Secret in Missouri is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive store readiness and operational execution. You will manage shipment, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Leading and modeling leadership competencies.
• Demonstrating and enforcing company policy and procedures.
