RRD is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day people, operations, and client service. You will manage workflow, monitor performance, and collaborate with managers to drive efficiency and growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in customer service or office support, with strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is an on-site Atlanta position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years’ proven experience in a customer service environment, legal or financial services preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in office support including admin, facilities, hospitality, reception, reprographics and mailroom.
• Understanding of USPS regulations.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel; basic PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service to client and builds strong relationships.
• Conduct time and absence for direct reports with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Create an environment conducive to service expansions and new business opportunities.
• Maximize profitability through efficient use of labor and resources.
• Resolve operational problems or issues promptly.
• Produce required reports on schedule.
• Coordinate workflow within the team and delegate duties.
• Balance day-to-day work with mail, reprographics, conference room setup, and vendor management.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely, accurate completions.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Address performance issues and develop team members.
