RRD Company in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Project Management leader to guide a team in delivering against client expectations and internal targets. You will oversee operations, staffing, and performance to ensure successful project execution and high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and ongoing process improvement within an onsite environment. Candidates should have strong PM background and client-facing experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of related experience, including client services or account-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of client experience drivers and escalation triggers; ability to communicate confidently with clients and internal partners.
• Applies project management best practices to manage scope, schedules, quality, risks, and client expectations.
• Experience in performance management and employee development, including coaching and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Set team goals and manage performance to meet delivery, quality, and client satisfaction targets.
• Oversee day-to-day client services and project management operations to ensure on-time delivery within scope and to client expectations.
• Review incoming work and assign projects based on capacity, skill sets, and business priorities; plan staffing and resource schedules.
• Lead internal meetings to review priorities, address risks, and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Resolve complex client and project issues with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor client health, SLAs, and operational metrics; identify trends and take corrective action.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Collaborate with account and commercial teams to align execution with business objectives and renewal efforts.
• Develop talent through coaching, onboarding, training, and cross-training.
• Ensure consistent application of PM processes, service standards, and quality expectations; identify risks and improvements.
• Represent PMO in strategic planning and continuous improvement.
