Job summary

RR Donnelley seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day team activities and client service initiatives. The role focuses on时间keeping, workflow coordination, and ensuring deadlines are met while maximizing profitability through efficient labor use.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in customer service and office support, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a customer service environment (legal or financial services preferred).
• 3+ years in office support including administrative, facilities, hospitality, reception, reprographics and mailroom.
• Understanding of USPS regulations.
• Understanding of reprographics equipment and usage.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel; basic PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to client and build strong customer relationships.
• Record time and absences for direct reports and ensure system accuracy.
• Create an environment conducive to service expansions and new business opportunities.
• Maximize profitability through efficient labor and resource use.
• Resolve operational problems promptly and escalate as needed.
• Produce required reports on schedule.
• Coordinate workflow within the team and delegate duties.
• Balance daily work with mail volume, reprographics, conference room setup, and vendor management.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely, accurate job completion.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Address performance issues and develop team members.
• Escalate client or team concerns to management as needed.
• Adhere to company and client policies; use equipment cost-effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
