Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons seeks an experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to lead kitting and pick-pack teams across multiple shifts. You will drive efficient operations, ensure accurate communications with vendors, and oversee scheduling, budgeting, and process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, ISO knowledge, and a track record of managing a manufacturing or fulfillment department. Collaboration with customer service and other departments is essential for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge of commercial print and/or fulfillment.
• Proven ability to manage people and direct work activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in the kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack departments.
• Directs activities to ensure accurate communications and seamless operations across shifts and departments and with vendors.
• Maintains high employee efficiency and morale through leadership and HR best practices.
• Keeps knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO and SOPs, continuous improvement, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with customer service, scheduling, manufacturing, locations, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Plans and schedules workflow, adjusts schedules per business needs.
• Organizes work for efficient operations and ensures safety, quality, KPIs are met.
• Administers policies and procedures, conducts hiring/promotions, maintains documentation.
• Tracks department expenditures and labor costs, provides reporting to management.
• Troubleshoots processes and coordinates resources as needed.
• Promotes positive work environment and adherence to ISO work instructions.
• Collaborates with other departments for accuracy and timely shipments.
