Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, KPI tracking, and collaboration with other departments to ensure quality and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in comprehensive multi-shift department management in a manufacturing environment.
• Printing or fulfillment environment experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the activities of employees in the fulfillment department across shifts and vendors.
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO and SOPs, continuous improvement, and safety requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow, ensures timely production and delivery of customer products.
• Monitors KPIs and budgets, provides reporting and analysis to management.
• Promotes a positive work environment and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with customer service, scheduling, and other departments to ensure accuracy of work.
