Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and documentation control
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching and counseling to associates
• Monitor attendance and productivity; manage overtime to meet targets
• Ensure compliance with safety and site policies; maintain records and reports
• Support continuous improvement and relay location goals to the team
• Coordinate with vendors and Penske Truck Leasing for equipment maintenance
