Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor at our Eugene, Oregon site to lead a team of CDL drivers and hourly staff. You will oversee daily tasks, scheduling, and customer service so operations meet service and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with customers and internal teams. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to associates.
• Evaluate and recommend changes in methods to increase dispatch productivity; assist in training.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties when staff are away.
• Maintain operating system knowledge to ensure compliance and correct exception resolution.
