Qualifications

• Able to handle risky situations and respond to emergencies.
• Able to work under tight deadlines to achieve fast aircraft turns.
• Able to meet the public and perform well under pressure.
• Effective verbal communication by phone, in person, and using PA/radio systems.
• Experience with radio equipment and conveying data and instructions verbally or via radio.
• Broad knowledge of customer service, operations, and tasks.
• Must show capacity to lead and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Provide cordial support and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Assist in ensuring smooth organization and workflow.
• Ensure quality work at the station and support related areas as needed.
• Monitor finances and handle money and sensitive items properly.
• Pay close attention and provide support to SWA clients as required.
• Assist with recruitment and training of supervisors and station staff.
• Monitor staffing and ensure overtime is used appropriately.
• Ensure staff productivity and efficiency at all times.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Perform special tasks directed by the Station Supervisor.
• Meet any physical capacity requirements listed in the description.
• May perform other duties as directed by Supervisors.
