Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Groveport, OH seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee production, staffing and discipline, ensuring KPI adherence and timely problem resolution. You will train staff, coordinate with multiple departments and communicate with clients and vendors on-site.

The role requires on-site presence, four years in the industry and two years of supervisory experience, with a strong focus on quality and service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Execute KPI standards and operational routines per the Crane Worldwide Logistics Playbook.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly.
• Supervise employees, enforce discipline and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against goals and standards.
• Problem-solve production issues and respond promptly to client needs.
• Train employees and coach for development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and staff.
• Assist Operations Manager with planning and budgeting processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Execution of the applicable KPI’s per company standard to include “The Morning Routine” and operational aspects of “The Director’s Playbook”. Please refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum.
• Coordinates daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly
• Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
• Enforce policy and procedure compliance
• Coordinate with other departments within the company
• Respond to & solve production problems
• Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching
• Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
• Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and employees
• Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
• Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
