Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Texas. You will coordinate workloads, supervise staff, enforce policies, and collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.

The role requires at least four years in the industry with supervisory experience, strong problem solving, and a focus on quality and client service. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

  • Two years supervisory required.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of KPI standards and the Morning Routine and Director's Playbook.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing.
  • Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.
  • Enforce policy and procedure compliance.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company.
  • Respond to and solve production problems.
  • Train employees on job duties and develop through coaching.
  • Make suggestions for process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and employees.
  • Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

  • Execution of the applicable KPI's per company standard to include "The Morning Routine" and operational aspects of "The Director's Playbook". Please refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum.
  • Coordinates daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly
  • Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
  • Enforce policy and procedure compliance
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company
  • Respond to & solve production problems
  • Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching
  • Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
  • Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and employees
  • Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process
  • Other duties as assigned
