Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Illinois is seeking a warehouse supervisor responsible for planning and directing hourly staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring efficient, safe operations on-site. The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience and a High School Diploma or GED, with proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems.

You will oversee cost controls, staff coaching, and asset protection while upholding company policies in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment


• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus


• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.


• Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.


• Standing/Walking 75% of the time.


• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance.


• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.

Education & Experience
