Job summary

HyAxiom is seeking a Sr. Manager of Operations Strategy & Execution to lead the development and deployment of the company’s operations strategy across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Service and Installation.

The role translates business growth plans and product roadmaps into executable operational plans, establishing management processes, cadence, KPIs, risk management and cross-functional alignment to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, business or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically, 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations strategy, manufacturing, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience translating business strategy into cross-functional operational plans and measurable execution programs.
• Experience with manufacturing scale-up, capacity planning, and cost/operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Operations strategy and multi-year execution roadmap.
• Establish and manage an integrated Operations operating cadence with KPI reviews and risk reviews.
• Integrate demand forecasts with manufacturing and supplier capacity.
• Support manufacturing capacity expansion strategies including ramp plans and milestones.
• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation plans with leadership input.
• Lead efforts to improve processes, productivity, and cost with execution discipline.
