Job summary

HyAxiom Inc., a Doosan Company, is seeking an Associate or Manager, Strategy & Business Development to drive the company’s most important strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

You will work with senior leaders at the intersection of corporate strategy, strategic finance and business development, performing rigorous analyses and leading key workstreams with increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or another quantitative discipline
• Master’s or additional coursework / certifications in strategy, analytics, or finance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive or support, depending on experience, execution and performance management of the company’s portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Translate the company’s strategic priorities, market outlook and competitive positioning into fact-based analyses supporting major strategic and capital-markets decisions.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, valuation and investment analyses to support executive decision-making and capital-markets readiness.
• Develop recommendations on the strategic and economic implications of major growth opportunities, investments and commercial decisions.
• Develop concise, executive-ready analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct market research, market sizing and industry trend analysis across technologies, customers, competitors and potential growth markets.
• Analyze public companies using financial statements, SEC filings, earnings materials, investor presentations and valuation frameworks; perform comparable-company and benchmarking analyses.
• Develop investment-style perspectives on competitors and relevant public-market peers.
