HyAxiom (A Doosan Company) seeks a Sr. Manager of Operations Strategy & Execution to lead the development and deployment of the company’s operations strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, and services in a fast-growing hydrogen-energy business.

You will align demand, capacity, and capital with the product roadmap, manage KPI cadence, and drive cross-functional execution through disciplined planning and execution across the product lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in operations strategy or related fields.
• Experience translating strategy into cross-functional operational plans.
• Experience with manufacturing scale-up and capacity planning.
• Ability to develop business cases with investment, cost, and ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Operations strategy and multi-year execution roadmap.
• Establish and manage an integrated Operations cadence with reviews.
• Integrate demand forecasts with manufacturing capacity and supplier capacity.
• Support manufacturing capacity expansion strategies and ramp plans.
• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation and escalation.
• Lead efforts to improve processes, productivity, cost, and quality.
• Act as catalyst for continuous improvement and scalable processes.
