Job summary

HyAxiom, a Doosan Company, is seeking an Associate or Manager to drive strategic initiatives and business development. You will work with senior leadership at the intersection of corporate strategy, strategic finance and partnerships, enabling execution from analysis through to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or another quantitative discipline
• Master’s or additional coursework/certifications in strategy, analytics, or finance are a plus
• Associate: ~3–5 years; Manager: ~5–8 years in investment banking, investing, consulting, corporate strategy or similar
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and financial statement analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-ready insights
• High ownership, attention to detail and execution discipline; multitasking across functions
• Familiarity with public markets, capital markets, investor perspectives
• Experience with IPOs, equity capital markets transactions, public-company readiness
• Experience developing comparable company / valuation frameworks
• Interest in energy, power infrastructure, data centers and emerging energy technologies

Responsibilities

• Drive and support strategic initiatives with KPI setting and cross-functional coordination
• Translate priorities into fact-based analyses for major strategic and capital-market decisions
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, valuation and investment analyses for executive decisions
• Develop recommendations on growth opportunities, investments and commercial decisions
• Prepare concise, executive-ready analyses and recommendations for senior leadership
• Perform market sizing and industry trend analyses across technologies, customers and competitors
• Analyze public companies using financial statements, SEC filings, and valuation frameworks
• Develop investment-style perspectives on peers and market markers
• Translate market intelligence into strategy implications
• Support or lead early-stage engagement with customers and strategic partners
• Develop financial and commercial models to evaluate opportunities and partnerships
• Assess customer economics and project economics; evaluate pricing structures
• Support structuring, negotiation and evaluation of partnerships
• Prepare customer and partner presentations and proposals
