Job summary

HyAxiom, the hydrogen energy arm of Doosan Group, seeks a Manager, Site Solutions Engineering to lead cross-functional engineers in developing next-generation fuel cell power solutions for data centers, utilities, microgrids, and critical infrastructure.

You will define deployment strategies, optimize site architectures, and drive cost-effective implementations while mentoring a high-performing engineering team and partnering with Sales, Contract Management, and Product groups on strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in power generation, distributed energy, microgrids, critical infrastructure, or industrial energy systems.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or programs.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and civil systems integration.
• Experience supporting customer-facing engineering, technical sales, or project development activities.
• Excellent capability leading a product development/deployment process via communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized electrical, mechanical, civil, and controls designs for site solutions.
• Create repeatable site architectures, equipment configurations, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Improve deployment speed, reduce project risk, and lower installation costs through standardization.
